Exchanges and Returns

The User has the possibility of returning ordered products up to 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:

a) The products have not been used; b) The products maintain their original characteristics and labels intact; c) The products are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.

To request the return of the order, the customer must send an email to hello.lelatina@gmail.com , indicating the items to be returned and the order number. The cost of return is the customer's responsibility. It is important to note that, if the return is not due to a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, Lelatina will not refund the original shipping costs borne by the customer.

After receiving the returned product, Lelatina will analyze and confirm its condition. If eligible, the refund will be made within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days, without incurring additional expenses for the user.

In exchange situations, refunds can be issued in the form of a voucher with the value of the returned items. It is important to note that subsequent returns of items purchased with a voucher will always be processed using a new voucher and are not refundable.

If the intention is to return one or more items, the user can request a refund using the same payment method. However, if the returned items are damaged or show signs of use, Lelatina reserves the right to refuse the return and subsequent refund.

It is important to note that these conditions apply exclusively to returns and exchanges made in Portugal. We do not make cash refunds, nor do we cover shipping costs in cases of exchange to non-EU countries.
