1.1. The sale of Lelatina products, as well as registration, is subject to the present terms and conditions, which regulate the transaction through the lelatina.pt website.

1.3. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the following understandings apply:
a) "LELATINA" - Refers to products available for purchase on the lelatina.pt website;
b) "User" - Any natural person, not involved in commercial activities, who places an order through the lelatina.pt website
1.4. By using the website www.lelatina.pt and purchasing Lelatina products, the User expresses knowledge, understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2.1. To place an order, the User can register in advance by filling in the fields on the form available on the website www.lelatina.pt
2.2. By accessing your personal account, the User is bound by the current terms and conditions.
LELATIN PRODUCTS
3.1. The website www.lelatina.pt is intended for all users interested in purchasing Lelatina products.
3.2. Details about product characteristics are available at www.lelatina.pt.
3.3. Lelatina reserves the right to change, at any time, the information, product offerings, prices, promotions and commercial conditions presented on the website www.lelatina.pt.
PLACE ORDERS ON THE WEBSITE
4.1. To place an order at www.lelatina.pt , the User must have an email account and their browser must be configured to accept cookies and pop-ups, thus allowing them to enjoy all the navigability conditions of the online store Lelatina.
4.1.1. The User can purchase products online by following the steps below:
a) Locate the desired product(s);
b) Add the selected product(s) to the "Shopping Cart";
c) Register the User's personal data, which will be integrated into Lelatina's database in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy, including "Delivery Address", "Billing Address", "Payment Method", number of telephone number and tax identification number (TIN); d) Review the order and confirm the order.
4.2. The User will receive an order confirmation email with details related to the chosen payment method.
4.3. The order will be delivered by the logistics operator to the delivery address indicated during the purchase process, together with the detailed invoice.
4.4. By submitting the order form, the User accepts the Terms and Conditions of purchase described at www.lelatina.pt , as well as the Privacy Policy.
4.5. Lelatina reserves the right to refuse and cancel orders already confirmed in the following situations:
a) The product is not available;
b) Payment is not made using one of the payment options available on the lelatina.pt website;
c) Payment is not confirmed;
d) The billing information is not correct or verifiable; e) There is an error in the price quote; f) It is not possible to deliver to the address provided by the User.
PRICES
5.1. The values of products presented on the website www.lelatina.pt already include Value Added Tax (VAT). The total amount of VAT to be paid by the User will be indicated on the invoice sent to the User.
5.2. All prices are expressed in euros (€). It is important to note that changing the country of delivery may influence prices due to different transport costs. Customs costs relating to the country of delivery of the order will be the responsibility of the customer.
5.3. Product prices displayed on the website are subject to change. Lelatina reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice. The prices shown at the time of purchase are those applicable to that transaction.
5.4. If there is any error in the price of the ordered products, Lelatina or the User may cancel the order until the order is shipped.
5.5. The total price indicated in the payment process includes taxes from the country of origin (Portugal) and shipping costs. 5.6. The User must only pay the amount specified in the order confirmation.
PAYMENT METHODS
6.1. Payment for purchases by the User can be made through Paypal, MBWay, Credit Cards and Multibanco Reference (ATM).
6.2. Lelatina does not recognize any payment method other than those mentioned above. The User must not attempt to make payment by means other than the specified methods. If an attempt is made, we are not responsible for any loss of payment or any damages resulting from this action.
SHIPPING COSTS
7.1. Deliveries in Portugal and islands are free.
7.2. For European and non-European destinations, all orders will incur an additional shipping cost, and may be subject to customs fees, depending on the policies of the destination country.
DELIVERY
8.1. Lelatina dispatches the product(s) ordered by the User from Monday to Friday, from 9am to 3pm, except holidays, and according to the days and times determined by the logistics company, to the specified delivery address by the User.
8.2. Our delivery service does not offer the option of scheduling. Therefore, the order will be delivered without prior notice from the carrier, and it is crucial to ensure that someone is present at the delivery address.
8.3. Delivery times in Portugal vary from 2 to 3 working days, depending on the product ordered. Lelatina's ability to meet these deadlines is subject to stock availability, especially during periods of promotions, sales and the Christmas season.
8.4. Lelatina will notify the User of the unavailability of the product(s) ordered and will refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days from becoming aware of the lack of availability. 8.5. If the carrier is unable to deliver on the scheduled date, the User will be contacted to schedule a new delivery date.
8.6. Upon receiving delivery, the User must examine the packaging for damage. If you notice damage to the products, the User must not accept the delivery, which will be returned. The User must report the situation, with photos if possible, via email at hello.lelatina@gmail.com . If agreed, Lelatina will resend the order at no additional cost. If the User chooses to cancel the order, they will be refunded in full.
8.7. If you do not receive your order within a maximum period of 90 (ninety) days after payment, please send an email to hello.lelatina@gmail.com to report what happened. After this period, Lelatina is not responsible for losses.
8.8. Delivery is considered complete with the signature on the delivery receipt at the agreed address.
RIGHT TO FREE RESOLUTION
9.1. The User has the right to terminate the contract up to 14 (fourteen) days after receiving the order, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) maintain their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying orders must be returned.
9.2. The User can exercise the right of free resolution by sending an email to hello.lelatina@gmail.com .
9.3. The costs of returning the order when exercising the right of free resolution are borne by the customer.
9.4. After receiving the returned product, Lelatina will analyze and confirm the status of the order and, when applicable, refund the amounts paid by the User within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days, using the same payment method as the order.
9.5. If the returned items show signs of use, Lelatina reserves the right not to accept the return and refuse the refund.
9.6. The User must be aware that, if the return is not due to the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the products ordered, Lelatina will not reimburse the shipping costs. Therefore, Lelatina will not refund the costs relating to postage initially borne by the customer for the respective order.
9.7. These conditions only apply to orders placed in Portugal. If the order was placed outside Portugal, please contact us via email hello.lelatina@gmail.com .
CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
10.1. The User has the possibility of canceling his order, as long as he makes the request via email hello.lelatina@gmail.com before it is sent. 10.2. If the order has already been received before shipping, we will refund the amounts paid by the User within the scope of the order, using the same payment method, within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days. 10.3. If the order is received after shipping, the rules mentioned in the previous chapter will apply.
10.4. In the case of an exchange, the User will be responsible for all expenses associated with the new shipment.
10.5. If the ordered product is defective or does not conform, the User may choose to: a) Replace the product; b) Terminate the contract.
10.6. As soon as the User detects a defect or other non-conformity in the product, they must inform us via email hello.lelatina@gmail.com , accompanied by supporting photographs.
10.7. After receiving your email, we will contact you to resolve the issue in a consensual manner.
QUALITY
Lelatina does not sell second-hand products, with defects or of lower quality than established market standards.
Lelatina will endeavor to ensure that the colors of the products presented on the website www.lelatina.pt are as accurate and real as possible. However, due to variations in computer monitors, we cannot guarantee accurate color reproduction on your monitor.
CLAIMS
In order to constantly improve the services offered, Lelatina will seek to respond to and resolve complaints presented by the User within 5 (five) business days, via the email address hello.lelatina@gmail.com .
WARRANTY AND AFTER SALE SERVICES
Lelatina products are covered by the guarantee of conformity established by the legislation relevant to the marketing of consumer goods.
EXCLUSION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Lelatina does not guarantee the continuous operation of the website www.lelatina.pt , nor its functionalities, reserving the right to temporarily suspend it to carry out maintenance, repair or update actions. Likewise, Lelatina does not assume responsibility for direct or indirect damages arising from situations of force majeure that may prevent Lelatina from fulfilling its obligations, including strikes, failures in the electrical network, telecommunications services or other services, fires, floods, impossibility of obtaining products, materials or services, breakdowns, delays by suppliers or transporters and changes in legislation or administrative regulations. Lelatina is not responsible for any misuse of the User's access data to the website by third parties, as this data is personal and non-transferable.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
